Italian player Enrico De Rosa closed out Day 1B of the Championships Event on top with a massive 297,300 stack. This put him just behind Day 1A chip leader Henrik Tollefsen who will carry in the overall chip lead into Day 2. Also powering through the day were festival Main Event champion Renniel Galvez who bagged up a little more than starting stack, Singaporean pro Feng Zhao, Filipino players Jeorge Lagatuz, Ryan Jerico Platon, and Moses Saquing. One player who will not be joining to the next round is Brandon Mifsud having been disqualified for his disruptive behavior. His chips amounting to 66,700 was removed from play but his buy in remains in the prize pool. Congratulations to all the qualifiers! Check out the chip counts down below.
